I've been looking into those AI research assistant jobs lately. They're popping up everywhere, not just at big tech firms—startups and universities want them too. You basically help train models, clean datasets, or run experiments. It's less about building the AI from scratch and more about making existing systems smarter. Pay varies, but it's a solid way to break into the field without a PhD.
